Gary Chatham is not a licensed physician. He has an MA in Counseling, and training in other therapies, and a background in business.
I understand and agree that Gary Chatham is not able to diagnose or treat any disease or medical condition, and that life coaching, health coaching, wellness coaching, Reiki, Bengston, flower essences, soul retrieval, shamanic healing, and other therapies are not a cure for any type of disease or condition. The therapies offered by Gary work well in conjunction with other treatments, and I understand that I should seek appropriate medical treatment for any condition that I may have.
I understand that Gary charges for his time, not for a particular outcome. Because of the nature of his services, no refunds are given once the session has begun. I understand that there is no promise or guarantee, implied or otherwise, of a particular outcome or result.
I agree that Gary may alert the authorities if he feels that I, or someone else am a danger to myself or someone else, and that he is legally mandated to do so.
All workshops and training programs are offered for teaching purposes only. The training programs are not offered for the purposes of providing healing, or treating any student or participant for any physical or mental condition or illness.
