I first set up a free introductory meeting with Gary to see if it was a good fit for me and I immediately felt very comfortable with him. His kind nature makes it very easy to talk to him, He gives you a safe space to be yourself without any judgement and always has your best interest in mind. He isn't like your traditional counselor, He believes in going within to help heal your body and spirit as a whole. I will always recommend Gary to anyone in need of some guidance!

He helped me through some inner-child trauma healing, which helped me recall parts of my past that I had forgotten. They weren't bad but there were parts of my inner-child which were in need of some extra love and attention. I am grateful I was able to access those emotions so I could reach greater levels of growth and healing. Highly recommend!

Gary was very incisive in identifying the issues. My sessions with him have not only helped me gain an understanding of my habits and patterns but also given me the tools to break the bad habits and understand what is important. As a result I feel in control, grounded and confident in all parts of my life and most importantly, I feel capable of moving forward in my life. My only regret is that I hadn’t found Gary Chatham sooner. I couldn't recommend Gary enough. Now my life is stable again and the only way is up from this point on.
