Reiki Healing Sessions
Many have experienced improvement through Reiki, releasing emotional and energetic blocks, while finding relief from stress and other symptoms.
Releasing and clearing these blocks can bring powerful changes in your life – you will feel greater peace and balance, and the circumstances of your life will begin to change. Transformative emotional healing, as well as a new sense of happiness and well-being can result.
What is Reiki?
Reiki healing is a form of energy therapy that is over 2,500 years old. It is an ancient technique for stress reduction and relaxation, that also promotes wellness.
The modern practice of Reiki healing was developed in Japan by Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s. The word“Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning “vital life force energy that flows through all living things.” Some practitioners describe Reiki as “acupuncture without the needles.” Today, Reiki is practiced all over the world, as a therapy to assist in the clearing of energetic and emotional blocks.
Many hospitals and clinics also use Reiki as a therapy for their patients, showing results of greater calm, and decreased healing and recovery times with Reiki (Cleveland Clinic, 2011), (Research Gate, 2017), (National Institute of Health, 2017).
One study indicates that “Reiki therapy is useful for relieving pain, decreasing anxiety/depression, and improving quality of life.” National Insitute of Health
